Our Signature designs are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition for Return: To ensure the energetic integrity of our products, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
Return Process: As a boutique crystal shop, we handle all requests manually to ensure a premium experience. Please contact our Concierge Team to initiate a return.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the international return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Bespoke items—those crafted specifically for you based on your birth date, unique energy intentions, or personal design choices—are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The SolPrism Philosophy: Each bespoke crystal jewelry piece is a unique “energetic blueprint” created through a dedicated crystal healing consultation. Once a stone is attuned to your specific intention, it belongs to your journey alone.
Adjustment Service: If the fit isn’t perfect, we offer a one-time complimentary re-stringing service. While the service is free, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
We take extreme care in selecting only the best quality crystals. However, natural stones often possess “internal veils” or “ice cracks,” which are marks of authenticity, not defects.
Damaged on Arrival: If your jewelry arrives broken or significantly damaged during transit, we provide a Free Replacement.
How to Claim: Please email our team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize crafting and shipping a new piece to you immediately at no extra cost.
