Handcrafting & Timeline
Every Solprism piece is handcrafted to order — we do not hold pre-made inventory.
Handcrafting Window: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for us to hand-select your stones, perform the sacred smoke cleansing, and meticulously string your bracelet.
II. SHIPPING RATES
Elegant Delivery
We offer a seamless shipping experience designed to be as effortless as a deep breath.
Complimentary Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD / $120 CAD.
Standard Shipping: For orders below the complimentary threshold, a flat-rate fee of $15 USD applies.

Solprism covers all import duties and taxes. We take on the full responsibility of international customs, so your package arrives at your door without any additional costs or administrative friction.
IV. TRACKING YOUR ENERGY
Dispatch & Notifications
Shipping Duration: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days.
Dispatch Whisper: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number the moment your package leaves our studio. You can follow its vibration every step of the way.
